What is the volume of the 1 pound bag-approximately? Don't want to buy the 5lb bag if there are 4-5 cups in the 1 lb bag.

I've actually measured an weighed this product for my bath bombs. Each cup weighs 8.2 oz so my 5lb bag had 9-3/4 cups. A 1 lb bag would only have a little less than 2 cups but close.
