It is really hard to push through the water, giving a much better workout than an ordinary pool noodle. I wish I could find 30- 40 minute workout videos that focus on it. I am kind of just adapting my other exercises to fit it.

If you want to have one piece of pool therapy equipment, let this be it. I have done many balance exercises, standing on it. Many shoulder, abs, back and biceps exercises. It’s very rugged and I’m very happy I decided to buy it. Highly recommend it!

I have used this in my pool 5summer. I would have been nice if there were some exercise directions sent with it. I have been figuring out some on my own, but it would have been a 5 star if there were some ideas included

I bought this and love it, I can do rolls, push pulls and stand on the bars for leg lifts. I can also place it behind my head and lay comfortable and do laps without neck pain, it's the perfect tool for exercise.

Outstanding product to use to workout with in the pool. So easy to use and well designed. Been using this daily for several weeks and it has held up. Sims out on the pool deck when not in use.

This is a great product for working out in the pool but it flakes after about a year leaving white foamy stuff everywhere. My dumbbells did the same. I have gone to foam for those and have been happy. Can't find this product in a foam.

My husband had back surgery at the beginning of Covid so he did not physical therapy he needed. His shoulder blades were frozen with his shoulders bent forward to the point his head bent down. His muscles spasms so bad they were frozen. This product has been excellent for him. After months of using it, his muscles are no longer frozen and his posture is much better

Ordered this twice both times the product was delivered damaged. Second one damaged worse than first. Gouges in foam and tears in handle. Had to return it twice. Very disappointing!

It arrived qucikly. Quality is good; it has lasted in the sun for 3 weeks with no fading. great for floating or using for exercising the triceps and muscles

I was super excited to find this roller on Amazon and needed it urgently for my pool rehab exercises. I had previously used Theraband aquatic products at my physiotherapist’s office and found their products to be high quality and effective for aquatic therapy. I was super disappointed when it arrived and appeared to be used, the hand grips were torn, and it was completely filthy! Will be initiating a return and hopefully getting a replacement, but this will delay my rehab program so I’m not happy!

Great tool for a water workout. Seems to keep its form despite daily use.
