Great Trainer
This is a great butterfly trainer. It is inexpensive and well made. It works great and is lots of fun. Unlike most, this one even has the traditional latch. It is more shaped like a traditional butterfly than my other trainers. If you have or plan to get a butterfly, this is a great training tool. You definitely dont want to learn with a sharpened version.

Good practice
Bought it for my son and I ended up practicing with it lol. Good quality very durable, not sharp, low price. Recommend for practice.

Not bad for price!
Latch isn't the best & a bold/screw came out after longer use. not bad, quite heavy, not sharp(trainer*), overall alright for price

I'm surprisingly happy with the quality
I've always wanted to try a butterfly knife but didn't want to spend a lot because you know how many things you THINK you will learn but never do. I reviewed several trainers and was skeptical about the quality of an under $15 knife based on the number of reviewers who had problems with sticking parts, falling apart quickly, etc. but this one was one of the better choices so I bought it.I have been using it for about a week now and have nothing else to compare it to except my quality folding knives. It is definitely a "starter" trainer but it has been working perfectly for what it is. The parts move smoothly without binding and it doesn't look like it will just fall apart in the near future. There is quite a bit of play and it clinks and clanks but it is quite worth the price to practice with and find if you have any interest at all. It seems a bit heavy to me but I have nothing to compare it to. It may turn out to be a plus when moving up to a better one. It certainly is solid.I am trusting the seller will honor the one year warranty if it does fall apart or have any problems within that time. Very much recommended if you ever wanted to try one.

super light
Not bad for a trainer, but it is a little too light.

Good fake knife
Bought for my grandson as he was dui g for o e of these types knives. Wanted to see how he would use it around the house as he has brothers and sisters that are younger. Turns out it’s a fake blade which I am happy about and it’s a good practice knife. No sharp wedges at all and as li f as they do t take it to school, it’s a great item for the older kids. Mine is 15

Perfect trainer
If you're not looking for something very long term, this is a good place to start. This trainer has a good heft to it and ended up being the perfect size for me. This trainer also has a good balance which and is pretty close, if not on the mark for neutral balance. The only thing about this trainer, like all butterfly knives, is the longevity of it. If you don't end up taking care of it, which most people do with a trainer, after about a year that's when you'll start to notice the screws coming loose and the hinges getting roughed up. However, if you do take care of it and lubricate, avoid dropping it, or just practicing over a soft surface. It will stay in it's perfect condition for years. Usually by that time you would have gotten another butterfly knife though.

Great if you like a heavier trainer and want something cheap.
This actually feels pretty good quality in your hand and the weight helps it flip really well. The only thing is that the hex screws are trash and strip easily. And I also can't stand the latch, but that's personal preference. It looks fine and it's a good length for smaller hands. The latch is also kinda tight so check it out before you can't return it.
