This protein powder has an excellent flavor and is made with pure ingredients. I highly recommend it and will definitely purchase it again. My husband and I both use it for different purposes. I use it as a meal substitute to help me lose weight, while he uses it to bulk up. To bulk up, simply add it to your regular diet. To lose weight, use it as a meal replacement.

Quality and quantity is just right. Flavor of the vanilla is better than the chocolate. This is the only protein powder we purchase and we would definitely purchase again.

FYI: The “vanilla” tastes more like a maple syrup flavor, than vanilla. And that’s okay with us. We just don’t care for the gritty texture.

67 y/o male, largely vegetarian due to gout, experiencing age related sarcopenia & constantly run down fatigue from trying to rebuild muscle mass. This stuff seems to cure the tired, scratchy overfatigued feelings of trying to train hard. Eating enough meat doesn't agree with my body any more. This stuff appears to satisfy the body, staves off the gradual weakening & loss of strength from a regular cycle of dedicated workouts. And I think it could serve as a meal replacement, as it is very filling & satisfying on its own. I've tried a lot of other brands & think I'll stick with this one despite the higher cost. Thomas DeLaurer recommends it, and boy was that spot on.
