Odelay

Great album that should be owned by everybody who has taste in music.

Just picked up the new vinyl release. The album speaks for itself, one of the seminal albums in popular music history. The sound is really good, I've never heard it on vinyl before as it came out when cd's reigned supreme and I never had a really good system, so this sounds WAY better, partly due to a better setup I'm sure, but also vinyl just tends to open the sound up. More three dimensional, very full, great separation of instruments. Instruments sound much more present. I'm definitely hearing things barely discernible if at all previously. Nothing too spectacular regarding the record cover and insert. Cardboard of album itself not overly thicker, but can't say it's flimsy either. Plain white record sleeve with single sheet insert with one side additional artwork and the other side has the credits. I've been waiting to get this on vinyl a long time and happy to have it in my collection. Now my dog Beck and I can listen to Beck together!

Classic 90s record that gets a lot of play in our house. Odelay is the peak for Beck as far as I'm concerned.

If you like this album, I can confirm the vinyl version purchased on Amazon will make you happy. It doesn’t come with any lyrics or special posters etc. but sounds great.

Love Beck? Love vinyl? This is a must own. Listened to this album repeatedly when it came out on the 90s. Now they just need to release midnite vultures and I will be a happy camper!

I don’t know what it sounds like, but it looks good in my Dj closet. Now people will know that I am a man of discerning tastes.

Plays great

So happy to have this back in print. The album is one of my favourite, sounds as great as it did the first time I listened to it. Wish it was 180 g.
