The delivery record update was late, but the delivery was faster than scheduled. The product is in excellent condition. I'm full of intentions to reorder if I have another chance.The arms and legs of the product are relatively hard, and the head and body are soft. It's a solid texture as a whole, but that doesn't mean the doll's texture isn't soft. In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied.

Great plush very accurate
This product is amazing!!!!!they have made Emerl very accurate so the detail is good. But the only thing that I am not enjoying that much are the bottom of his feet they are very hard!!! But I still am giving it a five stars!!!!!
