Easy to install, nice and sturdy, no leakage, quick connection

Easy to install and works well. Only issue was the instructions for installation were only in a foreign language.

I found this kit very easy to assemble and having connected to a round down pipe, am very pleased at how effectively it diverts water. The only fiddly bit is removing some of the plastic edging to fit the down pipe. I found using a small screwdriver and light hammer worked best.

The butt is working well however, the tap leaks and the diverter didn't fit my downpipe so I had to buy a new one. It was easy to install, in fact if a 72year old woman can install it, anyone can.

Easy to fit. Looks smart. Does what it says. You’ll need a tape measure, a hacksaw, and the knowledge to take off to little off the pipe than to much. It’s easier to cut more off than to add some ;)

Much better than the diverter I got with the water butt. It’s well made with 25mm outlet and pipe so better water capture. Diverter comes with tube, water butt elbow connector and instructions. Good value.

Good quality plastic rain diverter used on a stable down pipe. Usual protocol cut the down pipe, I took out a section roughly the size of the diverter to keep the pipe at the right length (use a sharp saw with gentle smooth cuts to avoid splintering the pipe and keep it straight - use a workbench). Unfortunately I cut the pipe a little high so it doesn’t flow back properly once the butt is full so go lower than you think if you think overflow might be an issue. I’m not bothered it works fine but very occasionally pops the top of the diverter in hot conditions. Reasonable length connector. I sometime use a jubilee clip on the flexible tubing connector for added security but haven’t needed to so far. Use a step drill bit for the perfect water tight connection to the butt - bits and pieces included but drill bit required.
