Great product. Make sure you turn the microwave turntable off. I do 60 sec., turn the pad and do another 45 sec. The reward is a perfectly hot pad that fits great across the back of my neck. It really helps with the pain. I like them so much, I have two of them. Highly recommend.

I was having tension headaches for about two weeks and after four days of using this product twice a day, I am in MUCH better shape. Pretty much no headache. But I have enjoyed the little ritual of warming it up and wrapping it around my neck so much that I think I might just continue. The lavender smell is subtle, which I prefer.

This heat/ice pad. It is so soft and it is so flexible and it comes with a little bag so you can take it with you outside the home. I would totally recommend this. It works wonderfully heats up. Great I’ve not used it with ice yet as I prefer the heat❤️

Very good product easy to heat in the microwave. They’re very comfortable. It holds the heat for quite a while. Good for anyone who needs relief for hot or cold wrap

This are not bad, although should have a higher neck; but we have order more than one, and some are not filled evenly, the side of one had halve the fill than should be.

This heating “pad” is absolutely great. I love it. I had a TKR and the top part of my leg, my quad muscles have been so sore since going to therapy, so I decided to try this heating pad. I love that it is moist heat. Really easy to use. I just pop it in the microwave for about 2 minutes and the heat usually lasts for about a couple of hours. I don’t know how, but it is moist heat and seems to penetrate deep into my muscles. I have used this a lot. Really works great. The size is perfect for draping over my leg and it isn’t too heavy. I would high recommend this for any sore muscles, it helps so much.
