This definitely works. Drink it the night before and by morning you have relief. I wouldn’t drink it more than 1 time a week bc I think your body should process things on its own and eating a healthy diet will help with this as well.

I bought this because I thought it would be a good gentle detox before I go on my diet. I drank two tea bags at night before I went to bed and had cramps in the wee morning hours while I was sleeping and had to get up. Nothing really came out except water. I didn't really buy it for constipation, so maybe that's why it didn't really work that well for me because I'm not blocked up. The following day I did have stomach cramps, gas and I did go a little bit, but they were kind of pathetic poops and I feel like I lost more water weight than anything. As far as the taste goes, I got the chamomile flavor and it tastes really good I added some organic honey to it. Just my experience.
