Effective, taste like milk powder, don't quickly dissolve.
1) Value for money. 2) Bad taste ot tastes like milk powder. 3)It don't dissolve quickly takes time bad texture. 4) it's real protein it's showing me effects on body like fast recovery loosing fat gaining muscles.

Good with Taste
As a beginner with the protein supplement.. it is good with taste and easy to digest without any workout. As I have used to have it while I am on bed rest.. I am not doing any physical activity. I feel its a good supplement for a beginner. Although I don't have much knowledge about the protein supplement.

No damage. Good quality. Not a bad taste as some say it. With a 100g creatine, it's a good offer for ₹1440(together) . It's value for money.
