For the price it’s very good.
Myself and my three boys all train jiujitsu this dummy has been really useful for practicing and drilling with. It’s super easy to fill. We just filled it with a bunch of old clothes and it weighs about 40-50lbs. It works great for practicing jiujitsu fundamentals like guard passing, close guard submissions and sweeps, and transitions.The only reason it’s not five stars is because of course there are much better dummies on the market.Happy training.
