A very good value for an organic condiment, this celery salt is abundant in celery flavor. It’s slightly bitter, which I think is common with organic celery. It’s also very finely ground, so you have to pay attention or you may add to much if you’re ‘free handing’ it!

When my local grocery store stopped carrying celery salt, I was mildly heartbroken. Not anymore because The Spice Way has the best flavor - WAY better than that other name brand. I never salt food on my plate. What little I do use in cooking is substituted with celery salt just because I like the flavor it adds. This celery salt is so aromatic!
