I use Spa Choice regularly. Always my go to for Hot Tub Season. I ordered this in July to get ready for the cool weather. I didn’t open it as I was waiting to drain and clean my tub. When I finally opened the box I found one of the two bottles had opened and spilled out in the box. Unfortunately it was passed the return date and I could not find a way to contact seller.

We’ve been using this product in our hot tub and realized that we’re having a lot of water issues. So we decided to take a sniff and realize that there is no bromine scent at all. We also have used multiple test strips which reveals that there is no bromine. Very upset will not ever order this again.

First, these 1 lb. bottles look exactly like the 2 lb. bottles I have been buying forever and are priced like a 2 lb. bottle. One star for value for money. I am not buying from this seller ever again because of that.Second, the product does work despite costing twice as much as it should. Although some reviewers may indeed have received a bad product, many are confusing Sodium Bromide with Bromine. This product is Sodium Bromide and it need to be combined with another product or used with a bromine generator system to create Bromine.

Great value for our salt hot tub. Using this in SaluSpa inflatable hot tub (177Gal) we got from Costco.
