Fintie Flip Case for Nintendo Switch OLED Model - [Screen Safe] Slim Protective Soft TPU Shell with Magnetically Detachable Front Cover & Ergonomic Grip for Switch OLED Model 2021 (Galaxy)

I bought this for my switch oled because I wanted a carrying case that was slim and portable but still useable. At first glance its a pretty good case! Build quality is nice and the grips provide extra comfort. The kickstand is also exposed so its useable. However thats where the good ends and now the reasons why I wont be keeping it and returning it. Although they claimed that this closes magnetically, either the magnets are extremely weak or non-existent because this thing does not stay shut. It closes but nothing is holding the flip cover down so its pretty much useless and just another normal case. This is pretty major for me because as a student I am always on the go and i was looking for a flip cover that I can take around with me. Overall it would have been a great case if it could actually do what it was intended to.

This case would have been fantastic if the official Nintendo charger could actually fit in the cutout for the charge port… returning the product for a refund.

Totally love this case- it protects my OLED switch very well when I take it out with me. Putting it in a bag, the cover stays put so the screen and joy cons stay protected. I often play it in bed, and I can just pop the cover on when done so the switch is protected from blankets and covers. Wish the cover had different designs or no design at all, so I could customize the front myself. It’s also pretty easy to take in and out if you need to dock it or play it separately from the joycons being in hand. I rarely dock mine as I am always on the go. The extended grips could be a bit softer on the hands- I have arthritis and am a bit older than the average player. All in all, a perfect case for me:).

Yooo this case is good I like it, but the only problem is went u go to charge you have to take it off because the hole is small the the charge connector..

Bought the case,installed it and was immediately disappointed by how underwhelming it was. The grips are soft,squishy and feel like they will not protect the switch from any serious impacts. The rest of the covering is too thin and is the same like the grips and will not provide much protection. The only positive thing about the case is the lid,it's solid and looks nice but you're better off buying a case that actually protects your console and has a flashy outer finish.
