A very attractive way to keep plants watered when on vacation!
Overview: These glass watering globes are decorative, self-watering devices designed to keep indoor or outdoor plants hydrated over time. Made of glass, they consist of a hollow globe attached to a narrow stem that you insert into the soil. ✅ Pros Convenience: Great for busy plant owners or frequent travelers. They can keep soil moist for up to 1–2 weeks depending on the plant and soil type. Mine did well for 11 days. Aesthetic Appeal: Available in various colors and designs, they add a charming touch to plant pots. Eco-Friendly: Reusable and made from glass, they’re a sustainable alternative to plastic watering systems. Gentle Watering: They release water slowly, helping prevent overwatering and root rot. ❌ Cons Limited Control: Water release rate depends on soil density and moisture level, which can vary widely. Some of mine ran out faster than others. Fragility: Being glass, they’re prone to breaking if dropped or mishandled. Clogging Issues: Soil can block the stem, especially in dense or compacted soil, reducing effectiveness. Using the sleeves helps with this! Size Constraints: The small bulbs are not ideal for large plants or deep pots; better suited for small to medium-sized containers. 🌱 Best Use Cases Houseplants like pothos, peace lilies, or spider plants. Vacation watering for up to a week. Decorative touch for indoor plant displays. Low-maintenance hydration for office plants. 📝 Final Verdict Glass watering globes are a stylish and practical solution for keeping plants hydrated with minimal effort. While they’re not a replacement for attentive plant care, they’re a helpful tool—especially for forgetful or busy plant parents. Just be mindful of soil type and placement to get the best results.

Watering bulbs
These are beautiful and easy to use but be aware they are blown glass so handle with care as they break easily. I think they would work a little better if there was some netting on the spout cause when you push it down into the soil a lot of the soil gets stuck in it and hinders the water from coming out. Make a hole in the soil with a pencil first then stick the bulb in.

Works wonderfully
These are wonderful. I have a glass globe before and they break quickly. These come with a plastic tip to place on the end to help get it in the plant!

Very pretty but can be fragile.
Very attractive and they work well. Sometimes the soil will clog the bottom but it's easy to fix by sticking a q-tip or something up the hole to unclog. The one thing I did notice is that the stems.have broken off on about half of them. The glass is a bit more fragile in the stem. They give you plastic extenders which I have used when the glass broke, but it's disappointing that they break.

100% recommend
These globes are cute and very sturdy. I use them in a kokedama plant where the plant's roots are encased in a ball of soil and then wrapped with moss and secured with twine. It can sometimes be hard to water because the soil gets compacted and the water will just run out the bottom of the ball instead of being soaked up. I keep one of these globes in it now and love that the slow drip can keep constant water to my plant. The plastic pointed piece that comes with the globe allows the water to drip and makes it easy to stick right into the soil. My plant is hanging and the weight of the globe has not caused any issues.

So pretty!
These are so pretty! They are smaller than others I have so perfect for smaller pots. Arrived on time and packed perfectly so no breakage.
