Pop that baby in the freezer
I’m 38 years old and I have very dark circles and starting to get baggy eyes (thanks genetics). I keep this little baby in the freezer and it helps somewhat get the bags down and it also feels really good on them in the morning. I use this in conjunction with an eye cream and though I can’t get rid of all the puffiness it does help.
