Value for Money
Genuine product. Very nicely packaged and was very easy to assemble. Robust and heavy.The base height is very low and a leg height of 3-4 inches would have been great. Value for money though.

Solid wood construction makes it sturdy and the finish is perfect. The maker also provides assembly service through a carpenter a day after the product is delivered.A bit on the costly side but worth it.

Horrible Experience - Damaged Product and Complicated Return Process
I am thoroughly disappointed with this purchase. The dressing table arrived in two boxes. And upon opening the smaller box, I noted that the product is damaged and the leg is broken, and the overall quality is far below expectations. However, the worst part is the return process.Upon contacting Amazon for a return, I was shocked to learn that I need to SELF SHIP this extremely hefty and difficult-to-pack item. Nowhere on the purchase page was it mentioned that returns or replacements would be so complicated. This crucial information should have been clearly stated upfront.Dealing with this damaged product and the burdensome return process has been a nightmare. I am extremely angry with the vendor for sending such a poor product and with Amazon for their unhelpful return policy. This experience has caused me immense frustration and wasted time. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing this item!
