In this screw top plastic jar you get three months supply if only one person is taking these.You get 180 capsules so if two are taken each day that works out at three months. If you take fewer than two each day or if a family is taking these then obviously the time it lats will vary.They are tablets that are capsule shaped and with drink, they are not hard to swallow.You don't really taste them if swallowed this way.We have a healthy diet but want to make sure that we are doing all we can to keep up our immunity. as there are so many bugs around.It is hard to know if they are helping at all as these are repacing a previous immunity supplement we have just finished..

I eat a reasonably balanced vegetarian diet but as a person with a dodgy immune system, I like the reassurance of knowing my vitamin levels are tiptop so I usually take a supplement.The evidence for the components of this supplement being protective is fairly good and so I'm happy that they could be helpful and certainly aren't harmful in the levels included.The supplement is more keenly priced than others too, which is another positive.

These British made tablets will last you a month is you stick to the recommended serving for 2 daily - you get 60 in the container. They are suitable for vegetarians but not vegans - they contain beee pollen and I also wonder if the vitamin D3 might not be from a vegan source? They are available for a great price of just under a fiver. Certainly one to consider if you’re looking for a reasonably priced way to boost your immunity.
