Just what I was looking for
I'm going to be as detailed as possible, since I think most of the reviews didn't cover the information that I wish I could find. So, some background- I'm a 34 DDD. All of my bra sets are from AdoreMe (for those of you who are familiar with the materials they use). I ordered these cups for the unlined bras that I have from them, mainly because I HATE when my nipples show through. Because I'm busty, I feel like it draws even more attention etc. I also wanted to expand my options for bra styles, so now I don't have to care if the bra is lined or not since I have these. Anyways, as I stated, I ordered these for my unlined underwire bras so my nipples don't show through when I go into the cold grocery store (we're adults here). I hate the stares, and I've always been really self conscious about people looking at my chest because I've been busty since I was a teen (I'm 32 now). After reading some reviews, I settled on these. On other similar products, people mentioned the edges of these cups not being hemmed, so they would fray when washed. Well, these are stitched on the edges. That's not a problem with these. The material is about what you would expect. It feels like a thicker version of the removable cups in swimsuits, and they are also that same triangle shape. I ordered the D/E size, and it fits perfectly inside of my 34 DDD bras. They don't move, and they are comfortable. They do have a little "bump" at the bottom of the pad, which is obviously for some push-up action. I don't think it really did anything for mine, but I don't care because I don't want anything push-up, anyways. They look good. It looks like I'm wearing a normal lined bra, and they "shape" things nicely and not all weird (you know what I'm talking about). I do not plan to use these in my swimsuits, but I guess you probably could. They are about 3x as thick as the flimsy cups that usually comes in a suit, so just keep that in mind. In my opinion, I think they would absorb too much water. I ordered the pack with the black, beige, and white because I wanted to make them look as "built in" as possible. For most of my bra colors, any of the 3 cup colors look fine through the lace/whatever the other sheer bra fabric is. It doesn't look awkward by any means. The material is soft, and I didn't get irritated skin or anything. I'm super pale, so the smallest bit of irritation makes me look like I have something contagious on my chest. No signs of anything. My skin acted like the cups weren't even there. I'm not sure why it took me so long to get around to shopping for these. I told my self like 2 years ago that I need to see if these exist. Well, now I'm glad I did. I was not self conscious at all wearing a pair of these today. I was in love the second I put them in my bra. Total game changer.

Great pads for low price!
I absolutely love these! Yes, they’re slightly (maybe 1 cm?) bigger and a tad bit thicker than the standard kind that come w bras but they do the job perfectly!! They can be used w bikinis or regular bras as long as they can fit through the slit on the bra. I’m wondering if they could be trimmed? I’m going to sacrifice a pair and I’ll update after I try it, and see if they fall apart in the washing machine. I really don’t think they will if a sharp pair of scissors is used to make clean cuts. They’ve a small bit of padding on the bottom which give an extra bit of lift but nothing that is noticeable. It’s also possible to position them a little more to the side for a push toward the middle. They are able to be positioned so that they look flush on the outside of your clothing which we all know is important. No person wants lumpy looking boobs. As far as turning, I haven’t experienced any significant and only re-shift them 1-2x per day which isn’t much for an active woman like myself that is always climbing, running & jumping. Mostly I just stick my fingers through the pad openings and quickly pull them to the side, if needed. Tbh, if no ones looking you can do this in public in 2 seconds. The extra padding helps determine which way they go. I don’t know about any of you but I’ve had to stop, go to the restroom and try to figure out which way the pad is suppose to go one too many timesaver it shifts. People, we know we don’t always have time to run to a private area to do this. I think the quality is as good as you’re going to find at this price point. Let’s remember that these are low priced so you must take into consideration...you get what you pay for! W that in mind, these pads are way above in quality what you’d think you’d get for the $. Some people complain about every little thing and want more but aren’t willing to pay. I’m assuming, not counting those that had damaged/defective/lost/late issues, these are the people that have written negatively. I’ve replaced most of my bras w these pads and they’re holding up great. I throw them in the washer in a garment bag and air dry for 20 min. I’m going to see if I can find the exact same in beige & white. All in all, I give 5 stars. If I come across any issue, I’ll update this review.

Glad I found them
Great value for a premium insert. They kept me from returning a bra I loved but had horrible inserts. They are not so thick that they feel unnatural. I would say just right. I purchased a size a size DE I am a 40 back and between a B-C cup. They fit and look nice in all of my bras . My only let down is that they can tend to move. I fix this with clothing tape.

Not bad for the price but…
Needed some inserts for a swimsuit i purchased. after losing a lot of weight the flat pads that typically come with a swimsuit weren’t really supportive. Read thru some reviews and tried these out. For the money they do the job. Pretty much true to description. Only thing I didn’t like is that the fullest part of the cup kinda sits sideways so it gives the illusion that the “nip” is pointing outwards. other then that it’s not over done in the padding and it does give some support. They do run on the smaller side so if you’re an A/B cup then these would work fine. They were easy to roll up and insert into the cutout out the swimsuit and didn’t move around too much. I’d probably suggest removing them and handwashing/air dry versus machine wash and machine dry. Don’t know how the shape would hold up.

I love these things - so great for tops that come with their own shelf bra
I generally use these under the Beyond Yoga cropped tank tops. The tops themselves are super-soft and comfortable, and each one has a shelf bra, into which these inserts fit perfectly to support me, give me a little oomph, and otherwise cover my nips to keep things classy conservative. The inserts wash well - I do tend to stuff them into a bra garment bag, to help their longevity - but I've also tossed them straight into the washer and they haven't suffered from any fraying or misshaping when I do. I bought another set recently, though, because I hate doing laundry and it's nice to have extras when I need them. I'm a 32C and petite (about 5 feet, to give you an idea of the frame of my chest) and these look great and fit well. They do give me fuller coverage, so I imagine they'll still work well for ladies who are taller than I am.

Perfect pads
The padding works great in a bathing suit. No nipple slip. Fits all the bathing suits I used. The seam are nice and tight. The color is perfect to match all bathing suits and thickness is the right size.

Finally, bra pads that won’t fall apart!
The biggest thing that annoys me about bra pads is that after washing them several times, the outside cloth starts to peel off and separate. The foam underneath the cloth clings to the fabric of my sports bras and makes it difficult to pull out and readjust. I didn’t look at these bra pads too closely before purchasing but I was extremely pleased to see that they are seamed at the edges and won’t peel even after multiple wears and washes. The only thing is that there seems to only be one size and considering the little push up cushion, these are catered to women with small/medium breasts. They are thicker and stiffer than normal pads that most sports bras come with, and probably won’t fit if your breasts are too large. That being said, they’re not too thick or stiff that it looks like you stuffed your bra or anything.
