flat and stiff
Roomate bought some rubber grooved coaster we used for years that you couldn't really keep clean and I found out I hate the raised lip feature they had. These are flat, accommodate a variety of sizes, and I can wipe them off easily. I thought they'd be more 'plush' but they are kind of like cardboard, doesn't bother me. Simple coaster for a good price.

Color as pictured
These definitely work. The bright color helps my husband remember to use them lol. But I honestly thought they’d be made thicker or of different materials but that’s my bad for not reading the description too carefully.
