Having 0 experience in making Yorkshire puddings I almost sent these back thinking they were too shallow. But come Christmas Day it worked perfectly and the puds were actually amazing, soft in the middle and fluffy crunch around the edges. Just don't get too p*ssed beforehand or you'll wobble putting them in the oven and they'll spill over the edges. Or so I've heard.
