Meringue Powder, 4 oz Can

This meringue works very well for me I've bought less expensive and it makes a difference. If you're taking the time to make royal icing its worth it spend the mo ey on good quality.

Great for royal icing to decorate sugar cookies and have had no issues. Also it tastes good.

It's a great product. My go-to for Christmas cookie frosting.

Big fan of this powder. Nice to add to cakes and cupcakes to help give it a nice taste. The size of this as well in great!

This meringue powder is all I will use when making royal icing for my cut out cookies. My icing is a hybrid icing and glaze that uses meringue powder and corn syrup. Powder is easy to use and blends into my icing smoothly. My icing always comes out smooth, delicious, and very easy to maneuver. I love the size of container and am always able to make many many batched of icing with it. Highly recommend.
