This is the cheapest L-5-MTHF on amazon at this time, and its legit. I take 2 a day. Three makes me a bit agitated. You've got to experiment with dosage. I started at half a tablet a day and moved up. Works synchronously with methyl-b12. If you have the MTHFR gene variation, then you'll want to make sure you aren't using folic acid at the same time. My only gripe is that I wish there was a discount for buying in bulk :)
