Same Weller quality as always.
This iron performs well above it's weight class for 30w. Heats up as fast as my big irons and is very lightweight and comfortable in my arthritic and carpal tunnel hands.

Burnt out tips
Do not buy. Iron runs too hot and burns tips out within hours of use. Tips are the same price as the iron itself. If you only want to do one job I guess that's fine. But you will find yourself buying tips constantly. Iron runs way too hot And no way to turn it down it is not a temperature controlled iron.

Unlike the 60W version, this one doesn’t include any extra tips and there are no fine tips available for it like the 60W version. Pretty bummed about that!

The lens of the LED felt off after two weeks of random usage. The tip is lose and difficult to clean. Better invest in a higher quality iron.
