I bought this after my sister recommended it for me since I have BP. I have been using it ever since and it’s a great for the immune system

2023 blood test resulted in very low vitamin D levels - I wasn't surprised living in central Texas where it's too hot to go out in the sun and I'm highly melanated (almond skin tone with a yellowish undertone). Started taking Theralogix Thera-D 2000 Vitamin D Supplement in February 2024 and had my blood tested again in July 2024 and my vitamin D3 level was perfectly within the acceptable range. Theralogix has done a good job in making a truly bioavailable vitamin D3 product.

Easy to swallow and working to keep my levels good

There's a good pill to take when you don't want to go outside in the sun but I don't know if I should continue to take this pill because I read somewhere that vitamin d is not good for you if you have kidney disease so for right now I put that pill aside until I find out different.
