Blaster is Amazing. My Eject...Not so Much.
Glad I got this for retail price. Amazon had the Legacy version in faster than other stores even had the KINGDOM version in stock. Unfortunately, Amazon graciously sent me one that had a crushed box edge and since the packaging is windowless, there are some scuff marks on Blaster's chest and forehead on my copy. Despite this... Blaster is Amazing. Great quality with tight joints and a beautiful design. All of the articulation you could typically want in a figure and I'm hopeful for the line going forward. As for Eject, mine happened to have a bad QC day and ended up like the picture. Though he's small, the flaws are very noticible such as the poorly painted face and the stress marks affecting the clear blue plastic even brand new out of the box. I'm not sure what Takara was thinking with Eject. It's pretty bad, but in his cassette mode, at least he can be stored somewhere. This release gets 5 stars though because any complaints I have are pretty much negated by how awesome Blaster himself is. This is a figure you want to order while you can.

Love it. Best transformer you'll find.
This is a great robot. It is very solid and is definitely going to be a favorite in my household. Takara Tommy (Japanese toy manufacturer) designs and builds very high-quality toys and you can definitely see the quality of the engineering that went into this transformer. When he is a radio, he's so solid that you start to doubt he was ever a transformer at all. Get this one for sure.

Finally a Classic Blaster but still not as good as WFC Soundwave
I have hated how they treated Blaster and Soundwave throughout all the various remakes of the toys (Making them ships or bases instead of boombox /tape deck). Finally in the War For Cybertron Series we got a Good Soundwave and I was so excited when they announced blaster. But I feel like the quality from this new Legacy Series is less than what either WFC Trilogy or Studio 86 movie figures have been. The positive is it looks a lot like the blaster we all know from the cartoon and comics. His joints are tight and transforming is pretty simple. My biggest complaint are his hands. Many other figures had hands that opened and closed. his are just ugly with one having a finger out for a trigger. I also hate that there are no plates to cover the gaps in his arms. It just looks lame. I know people are making kits to fix this but thats more money on top of what ive spent. My other big complaint is Eject. I just dont like the clear blue plastic hes made of. It doesnt look great in my opinion and ill probably just keep him in blasters chest Overall I think hes still a figure worth having. They have made better figures recently but he is also not the worst they have turned out.

Good for the Value.
Who could not remember Blaster from Transformers G1, and him being in the first G1 Transformer movie. I had to add him to my collection, but I am not gonna pay out a ton of money for a collectable to sit and get full of dust. This one help me with that problem at this time. Good for the price, good for the size, good for how it looks, and not bad for him coming with mini cassette.

More than Meets the Eye
Great figure for G1 fans. I recently been collecting Transformer figures I never had as a kid, Blaster was one of them. I have nothing negative to say about the figure, however I can't say the same from the seller. Twice I've bought TF figures on here and both times the box the figure came in was damaged. The figure came poorly boxed and you can tell it was a returned item due to the way it was retaped. Lucky, this was a figure for myself and not as a gift.

Overlooked Autobot
I feel like Blaster (that's the name of this transformer) is an underrated Autobot. He looks cool in both modes, transformer and boombox. I don't know what a boombox is going to do in a fight with the Decepticons exactly but I suppose counter-surveillance since there were no cell phones back in the 80's when this guy was invented. Anyway, I like the color scheme and it transforms well and looks great with my other transformers sitting on my computer desk....I mean I think my nephews are going to love it.
