Totally Useless – Not Extendable, Not Worth It! This is by far one of the most disappointing purchases I've made on Amazon. The stand is not extendable at all, which makes it completely useless for any kind of proper bench press workout. You can’t adjust it for incline, decline, or even flat positions properly – what’s the point of calling it a bench press stand then? The build feels cheap and restrictive, making it unsafe and uncomfortable to use. To make things worse, there’s no return policy – only replacement, which is pointless because the item itself is badly designed. If you're serious about your home gym or workout setup, avoid this at all costs. Waste of money, space, and time.

Very light weight iron used, iron bending if I tight the screw nuts, and used very cheap quality black paint not properly painted, welding surface also not cleaned. Very cheap product
