I have made 3 wine kits so far and this one tastes just as good if not better than the ones twice the price!

Specific Gravity was too high
Very acidic and not fruity with a very yellow color. The first wine that I have made (of 12 various batches) that was not good. I do not recommend.

have not made the wine yet, it si in the fermenter instructions were good, it appears dark and rich smells good

If you have a shellfish allergy not recommend, $78 spent on this product and can’t use it.
