Plates 14 and 15 are the same image when it is supposed to be two different images. Plate 15 is supposed to be a 45 but it is a 5 (the same image as plate 14). My son spotted this mistake as it is a plate that only colourblind people can see.

Needed to pass a colour perception test. This helped me - the actual test is on much higher quality paper and easier to see but this book did its job of practicing to be able to distinguish
