Don't Buy
Good Product, Bad after sales service. After sales service is not owned by the company but is outsourced to 'iapl'. Haven't received any service from them even after numerous calls and mail. They simply don't care

Very bad after sales customer service and support.. Servicing ac is way below... expected. Absolutely 0. Don't go for mitsubishi ac.. if you think about after sales support
