Perfectly does the job!
I was reluctant to buy these after reading mixed reviews but I can't fault the circle cutters at all! I used the larger one out of the three to cut out paper that had been laminated and as you can tell from the attached picture, it did really well!

No good for cutting out felt
I bought these to cut felt but unfortunately they don’t, however they work extremely well on paper and card. My wife loves them

Not designed to last
The 2 smaller punches work fine but the 1 inch punch stopped cutting along one edge before ceasing to work at all. The cutting edges become misaligned after only a few months and I'm not using it every day. Very disappointed and now having to buy another punch but it won't be one of these.

broke after just 20 circles
The media could not be loaded. The larger punch stopped working after I cut just 20 circles through printer paper. The punch no longer goes right down, so it does not cut.

Quicker than scissors
Needed different size circles of paper and these were so much quicker than scissors, and a beater finish too. Some times the paper gets stuck in the punch so I tend to take the bottom cover off and use upside down. Some thicker papers jam a little bit but it’s easier to trim these to a perfect circle than it is to cut them out from scratch.
