Extremely Disappointing Service
Extremely Disappointing ServiceI purchased this product a month ago, and while the installation process went smoothly, issues started cropping up as soon as I began using it. The water quality was terrible, filled with black sand and other debris. Initially, I assumed it was a problem with the water tank or pipes. I requested the apartment management to clean them, which they did, but it made no difference. Later, a different technician suggested checking the heater, and I realized that the issue was solely with the water coming through the heater.I contacted the Racold technician who handled the installation. He provided another number to call. After contacting this new number, I was assured that a technician would visit the following day. However, I waited for an entire week, during which I tried repeatedly to reach him without success. Eventually, I managed to get through, only to be informed that I needed to register the issue online. I did so and waited two more days without any response. I registered the complaint again and still received no update.Yesterday, I finally received a call from someone asking about the problem and location. Frustrated by this prolonged inefficiency, I expressed my anger, to which the caller responded by saying they will send the technician. As of now, no one has shown up to resolve the issue. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

VERY GOOD FOR MONEY'S WORTH
I recommended this product to one of my cliets. I have been using a racold storage heater for the past 15 years. I changed a thermostat once after a use of 6 years. I have never had a single complaint thereafter. WONDERFUL product. I wish other manufacturers could take an inspiration from this.
