Q: What dose it mean when it say's "Naturally Occurring Caffeine" ?

The active compounds (polyphenols) in green tea leaves are extracted to create a concentrated product in powder form. Without additional processing, the extract will contain naturally occurring compounds such as caffeine and amino acids. Our extract is not decaffeinated, and therefore contains a small amount of caffeine - comparable to one cup of steeped green tea per serving.

Q: What is the caffeine per serving?

Each serving (2 capsules) will have less than 50mg of naturally occurring caffeine - about the same as one cup of steeped green tea.

Q: Any body use this while on keto & have success with energy & weight loss?

I am on the candida diet which is a little more strict than the Keto - but I can sometimes eat Keto so they're close. I have absolutely no problem using green tea extract. It gives a nice, subtle energy. I do not think it will bring about weight loss - but every body is different. It is a good thing to take whether you are on Keto or pigging out. There are health benefits. You know, things that help that body you live in.

Q: What size are the capsules? I have trouble swallowing large pills

They are not that large. You can always open them and pour the power onto yogurt or something if you have trouble swallowing as these are not time released.

Don't know if it helps metabolism, but well-packaged

Well packaged and came on time. Does it have the specified levels of green tea? Is it high quality? Did it make a difference in my metabolism? I have no idea, but every outward appearance is good.

Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't...

I'm not saying it doesn't work, but I couldn't take it past 2 days. It's a really strong product & my body couldn't handle it. Horrible stomach cramping & my body itched. I'm pretty sure it was an allergic reaction. I'll have to stick to drinking my green tea.
