I was expecting a creamy, artificially flavored paste... like a variation on Nutella. This was far superior, and I really *like* Nutella. The consistency and depth of flavor suggests that this is a extremely high quality ingredient. There are other pistachio pastes that cost more. I hope to, one day, sample them to see if they can actually be better. I doubt it. ... and we are *picky picky people*! Read their web site. They make it sound like a magical element. It is. No, we're not affiliated with them. Its just that darn good.

This is the best pistachio spread I’ve ever tried! It’s very smooth and buttery, less sweet than I expected. The ingredients are very pure and simple, no artificial flavours at all! Will definitely get this again once I finish this 600g

Ho acquistato questa crema spalmabile anche direttamente dal produttore, è molto buona sia per uno spuntino sul pane che per farcire biscotti, macaron o altri dolci, gli ingredienti sono di qualità, niente olii strani come nelle creme spalmabili più pubblicizzate ma olio d'oliva ed una percentuale di pistacchio elevata. Unico neo finisce in fretta anche se il barattolo è grande.
