What's with the damaged products
Last time I checked... Buying something brand new meant just that. This arrived in a taped up box which immediately raised the suspicions. It's only superficial markings but it should be stated as such. Unit works fine... But you get low stars for your lack of openness.

Packaging suboptimal. The blower seem optimal though.
The original packaging seem old or in storage for a long time, but the blower works. The manual is not detailed.

the reverse button is missing!!!
This doesn’t have the reverse button even though it’s equipped with the attached bag!!
