Purchased this for iron absorption/transportation, and I can notice a significant difference.

En la primera toma media hora después sentí que mi energía subió. Si tomas cobre debes suplementar con zinc 50mg pero no juntos toma uno en la mañana y el otro en la tarde. Y si tomas zinc debes acompañarlo con Selenio
