Kolinsky Brush w Dotter (Kolinsky 666 - 14)

Great clean up tool for nails! I use the dotting tool for cleaning up around my cuticles when I get too close with the polish, and the brush for cleaning up after I'm done polishing for cleaning up with acetone. The brush has remained nice and soft, no curling or melting, like with certain concealer brushes all of us nail mavens know and love... lol! I've been using this brush forever it seems and it's still good as new! When this one goes (if it ever does) I'll be sure to get another... I'm looking now to see if they make other sizes to get a smaller one for cleaning up around smaller nails! I use this tool every day! I highly recommend it!!!

so i ordered this back in october 2012 for personal use and abused the hell out of it.. i mean like "never washed, always left in acetone, thrown around, smashed in compact places, hours of use sometimes" kind of abuse. other than a few stray hairs when it's dry and some letter fading, this thing is as good as the day i purchased it. i still use it every time i need to clean up my manicure and will continue to use it. incredibly impressed!

This is perfect for cleaning up around my cuticles after a manicure. I had been using a natural bristle eyeshadow brush, but the acetone ate the glue that held the bristles in.I've been using this brush for months and the bristles are still holding tight in the same position. And the bristle shape confirms nicely to my cuticles. The dotting tool at the end is a lovely bonus.

I've ordered three of these brushes. The first one was great, so I decided to get another one. The first thing I noticed about the second one I purchased was that it was skinnier than the first. After a month or so of using it, the bristles started to fall out. Within a couple of days, there were no bristles left in the brush. I decided to get another one because I thought that it might have been my fault. The bristles on the third brush I purchased started to fall out after four days of use. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!!

Fantastic polish clean-up brush! I've been using it with pure acetone multiple times a week for months. Rinsing with water afterwards is preserving the integrity of the bristles nicely. I should be able to get quite a few more months' use out of this brush and I understand from friends that it is just as good as the more popular and expensive ones out there.

Haven't used the dotting tool much. Does work well though! I bought another one do the reviews will be the same. Bristles are kinda wide so be careful. However, they are nice and flat which is great for clean ups. The come clean easily and I live em.

This is a REALLY great brush for clean up. I have been following directions and cleaning my brush after every manicure and so far, absolutely zero problems. I will be purchasing again!! I have attached a picture of what mine looks like after about ten manicures... It looks perfect and I just wash it with hand soap and let air dry.

I was excited to finally get a brush to clean my Cuticles and stand the strength of acetone. When I first got the brush and wet it brown residue was leaking from it. I thought nothing of it feeling maybe the bristles need a few uses to clear up. That was not the case the brown residue kept leaking out eventually ruining some of my manicures. On top of that the bristles were beginning to displace more and more each use. I was able to get about 15-20 good cleanups from this brush before tossing it
