Here are the contents of our 12-piece Postpartum kit: 1) Witch Hazel Healing Foam, 2) Collapsable Peri Bottle, 3) Non-Slips Socks, 4) 4 Instant Ice Maxi Pads, 5) 4 Disposable Undeawear 6) Caddy bag. Q: What size are the disposable underwear

This are cotton ( on a thin side, which is good because you want something breathable after delivery) and they are stretchy, but if I have to put size to it I say they are large. That is my size and they were ideal for me.

Q: How big is the underwear? Im a size 2X (20 pants) will it fit?

The underwear unfortunately aren’t stretchy like the hospital ones. I was a size medium (8 pants) and they fit me but were loose enough for the extra stuff, I honestly preferred the hospital ones over those ones even though they fit. The hospital ones just cover everything. But I loved everything else it came with and definitely got my use out of it even with all the extras I took home from the hospital
