Really enjoying this item. Easily cleaned, the nozzles are comfortable and works as expected. Tips for a thorough clean: Use a small amount of water at first like 100/200ml until you cramping, as this first wave forces all poop and gas which can cause a cramping sensation very soon. The second time try to use 500ml-1l, as it goes further up you'll most likely start cramping again. Turn off the nozzle, hold the water in for 5-10 mins if possible and massage your tummy to make the water cleanse thoroughly then expel. Third time, try to reach at least 1litre, some people can use the full litres in a single sitting but don't be discouraged if you can't as we are all built differently. The water should now be coming out clear, you can do a final rinse with 500ml or so, if you are having an intimate time with a partner or loved one. You should now be clean down below for the next 10-12 hours guaranteed. You may not need to poop for a day or two, but it's still advisable to make sure you keep your fibre up. Psyllium husk is fantastic and works synergistically with colon cleanses. You can also add coffee to the enema to detoxify the liver. Worth doing th e research and trying. I didn’t like the attachments the little hook holding the bag up was flimsy … I wouldn’t buy again or recommend it

Theres not a lot to tell you... it works. The nozzles are smooth whre they need to be. The silicone bag is decent quality. The stopcok on the pipe was a bit fiddly and stiff to operate with one hand initally but after a few times, it gets easier.

Very quick delivery. Easy to clean. The transparent bag helps to see the water level to better control the water flow. It helped ease my lower back pain. When measuring my weight before and after the irrigation, I can see the quick result in losing weight. Tips I would share include working on breathing exercises to retain the water for a couple of minutes longer and to massage the abdomen clockwise for a better result.
