My shower arm is longer and has 90 degree angle. I was not getting proper angle of shower head due to limited turning limit. This has helped to provide 160 degree angle to turn shower head. Great product.!!!!!!!!

Solid and well made. Easily installed with not leaks. Works great!

Our shower pipe doesn't come out of the wall very far and we've found that shower heads sometimes don't have enough adjustment to allow for the shower head to point down enough. Adding this gives alot more flexibility to the shower head. Good quality - not plastic. The only thing I'd improve on is to make the ball joint a little tighter. Seems to be a bit loose. Maybe there's a way to tighten it up - I'll have to take another look. In any event, works fine for our needs.

Used it for a corner shower so that when turning on the shower water didn’t come out through the door. Works great, gives enough angle that the shower head can be pointed to the opposite wall.

Used this to add a bit more angular adjustment to the existing shower head -- to accommodate all members of the family using it. Chrome color matches the existing fixtures. Solid construction, includes the teflon sealing tape, no-brainer to install, and has enough friction to easily hold a 4" showerhead in place, yet is still pretty easy to adjust. No leaks. Does exactly what I needed. Why didn't I do this sooner?
