I have used alpha brain on and off for years. Whenever I begin taking it again, I feel a familiar fluidity of thought, increase in attention span and my general feeling of sharpness, and honestly a mood increase as well. The B vitamin jitters are there, but it helps even out the effects of the Caffeine in my tea with the Theanine.

I can tell when I take it vs when I do not. It takes a couple of days to work but my memory recall is better, I can focus more and I feel like my motivation to get stuff done improves.

The products good and works for me. However I re-ordered four bottles for next day delivery that I was going to give to friends and coworkers and have not received them in over a week. Frustrating, the product is good though. I read some of the past reviews and it just seems like it doesn’t work for everybody. I definitely feel more focused and energized.
