Inedible. Had to discard.
I had to throw this away. Tasted disgusting. Date was fine so can only imagine it was contaminated somehow. I eat this every day so know exactly how it normally tastes. This product was definitely bad. Inedible.

So easy to make porridge for breakfast. The health benefits is good because porridge is a slow realise so keeps my energy up till dinner no snacking so help anybody on a diet I have now purchased this twice from Amazon I like the bigger packets good value for the money

fresh oats, comes in boxes of 2 paper sacs, which I really like as the bags can often be punctured in shipping, so the box prevents them.
