How do you wire them up and make them work on a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado custom trail boss?
Haven’t been able to install them yet but they are working fine and they are very easy to install and only require a couple of wires to install. They are very good for a small amount of space on the outside of my truck. They have a good price and they are very durable so I will be happy with them for the job I am going for. They have the best quality of life and they are very easy to install so they will work well for me as long as they have a decent amount of color and not too dull but I will be able to use for my truck so I think they are very good quality and very durable. My brother has a similar style on his truck and they do have a lot of good quality and they use them all of the time. Also they do not come with any instructions for how to install them but I think I can figure that out myself if you would like to send me the instructions for that I would appreciate it thanks again for the help.

Seemed to be well made and very bright. Need stainless hardware swapped out.
One review says wires are thin, but better than many I've bought. Seemed to be well made and very bright, as they show up even during the day. Down side is that they come with screws that are not stainless and installed on a vehicle, that would mean instant rust. I switched them out for some stainless screws to install in my grill. I wanted to mount them to a horizontal part of the grill, so I used 1 x 1 aluminum angle brackets to grill bars and then attached lights to those. Very happy with the lights for the price.

5th Gen Ram Grille Mounting
There’s literally no pictures/reviews/info on grill lights for the 5th Gen Rams. After lots of searching, reading, videoing watching, I decided to give these a whirl. I have no idea on the longevity of these, but for the amount of work to get these in for, hopefully they last. I installed/soldered these on 2 lines, pos and neg. I protected the wire with loom and ran the wire to the drivers side. I have jumper harnesses to “splice” into so I don’t have to hack up the oem wires. The parking light wire is the white/colored wire that’s the only one on that row of the harness, the other 3 positives/white/colored for headlights, brights, and turn signals are in the other row. I used the black/neg wire right next to the parking white wire for the neg side. For mounting, remove the whole grille. You can mount them in the flat slats above/below the row I mounted them in from the front, with tension only. But you’d have to try and make the connections behind, which will be sloppy and look like trash. Pull the grille like I did and do it the right way. There’s YouTube’s on how to pull the grille. Also, pull both layers of the grille apart so you can more easily access the front main grille, this is straightforward. I ran the wire/loom through a drilled hole as pictured on the drivers side. This brings the harness right near the headlight harness. As to mounting, I decided to do the oval openings for slightly more concealment when off. That’ll help hide the dead areas on each side of the light. The lights were installed with 3m heavy duty double sided tape (grey stuff). I lined up where the light should be and ran the light in along the top side, as there’s enough room to get it in there with the other side of the tape removed so it sticks. Once in place, push/squeeze down to set in place. Clean both the light and mounting surface with alcohol for best bonding. Like I said, for the amount of work to pull the grille and mount these, hopefully they last.
