WARNING - Don’t buy.
I give this seller zero stars. First off, I received the iMac 27” not as advertised. Itinially it was advertised as having 2 TB storage, when in fact, it only has 1 TB. That was the first red flag. Then, when I started it up and started using it I noticed that the monitor has a terrible retina/image burn of already closed windows and notifications. I can always see the window that is underneath a new window, and the bottom menu is burned onto the screen even when it’s hidden, or when shutting down, etc… I started a refund request and, Amazon representatives reached out to the seller multiple times to ensure that I would receive a FULL REFUND upon return of the item, as the sellers refund instructions mention a restocking fee of up to 100% of the cost if the item is not reset to factory settings, which they never responded to and were very difficult to get a hold of, the number that is listed for them does not work. When I sent it back, I WAS STILL CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE even though I was told by Amazon reps that I would get a full refund. I had to sumbit an Amazon A-Z claim for this, and representatives were not very helpful. They kept trying to give me Amazon credit instead of refunding the difference in restocking fee to my card, which is the point of an A-Z claim and what I needed since this was a business purchase. I fully understand that with refurbs, one is taking a risk. I just didn’t expect the refund process to be so anti-customer friendly, especially for Amazon. Sheesh! Let me also add that the price for this item changes every time I pull it up, from well over $1k to under $800. Shame on Amazon for allowing sellers like this on the platform.

Mouse
After speaking with Apple support, it was determined that the mouse is defective. Since I came figure out how to speak to a live person on how to exchange the mouse, I will need to go buy one instead of just doing an exchange. Amazon should work on getting a connection to a live person,
