Works well for me

This, along with the B-6 and B-12 (with methyl B-12), taken as a combo, does seem to relieve allergy symptoms. I heard about this combination on a Dr Eric Berg YouTube video. As I am older, I believe extra vitamin Bs are essential in any case, but adding this to the mix has been helpful.

I use this because I have the MTHFR defect that causes difficulty processing B vitamins. I have used this brand for at least 2 years. Because my body no longer believes it is starving for something it lacked, I have lost 130 lbs after my doctor also added back other essential B vitamins like this one.

Price increased from $28.99 in October 2022 to $46.88 in 2023. The supplement is great, but not worth twice the price. I used the "buy it again" feature and didn't realize the price had increased so much until after I ordered. I'll be using a different brand from now on.

I ordered this 90 capsule supply. I received a 30 capsule supply (the bottle said thirty and indeed had thirty inside) of the same dose. However, they had placed an extra 90 count sticker on the bottle!!! I initiated a return. The replacement had THE SAME PROBLEM. 30 capsule supply with 90 count sticker slapped on. Unfortunately, I could not return either processed due to COVID (Whole Foods stopped taking returns, and I had to quarantine after that). So I ended up paying for 180 count and only got 60 count! What a rip off!
