I really like the smell of this oil - the mint and lavender are nicely balanced. You can smell both of them, but neither is too overwhelming (sometimes lavender can be too powerful and almost sickening, but not the case here).Roll on works well and is easy to apply.I know it is advertised as a migraine remedy and initially I bought it as such, but I like to use it as a part I'd my bedtime routine ;)

I love the use of natural essential oils in this product, it smells amazing and I think it’s much better than the well known brand of roller sticks. I am a naturally stressy this has calmed me loads, especially when meditating and practicing breathing. You don’t need to use much! I love this product so much and highly recommend it!

This remedy to migraines does not seem to be as effective as the one we usually use but which has shot up in price.Is better value for the money on a cost/ml basis so a dilemma but if thr Arkopharma product comes down in price again I would probably go back to it.
