After reading many reviews on this file, both good and bad, I decided to take a chance and try it. I'm glad I did, it's perfect for me and my filing needs. I've learned that if you use your other hand fingers to support the back of the file it works just fine. I sometimes don't take it completely out of the leather case and find the added supports help in keeping the file supported. I have the file sitting on the end table by my chair. My nails have never been better and I'm using all the time. I would buy one again without hesitation if this one comes up missing. And I'm not one of the VINE customers, I paid for it.

The item has heft and looks and feels like a quality product.The leather case feels thin and cheap, may not be real leather. I didn't really pay attention to that in the description as it wasn't important to me. It is nice to have the case though.Works great incuding on toe nails.Has a course side and less course side but still a bit course. If this is for a female, it may be too course for their liking. Definitely no polishing but as a male, I find it perfect.

Great for for men, aggressive and fast, one or two strokes and on to the next nail, good father's day gift
