A Great Combination Of Benefits!
This berry breeze-flavored all-in-one recovery drink has a great combination of benefits. There are 20 servings per container, so it is a bit on the pricey side. However, each serving is conveniently packaged in individual packets making it a great solution for an on-the-go pick-me-up. It combines hydration, phytonutrients, amino acids, and creatine in a single source.

Nice ingredient stack but not the best taste
Ingredients: Looks like a great stack, but I think is more suited for intra-workout than a recovery drink considering it has BCAAs, creatine, and beta-alanineFlavor: What my palette can taste of the Berry Breeze flavoring seems like it's a good flavor, but that flavor is far in the background while the bitter chalkiness of the ingredients is front and center. The overall effect is like you mixed a packet of Kool-Aid in water without sweetener. After a few times drinking this my taste buds adjusted to it slightly, but it's still not really a tasty drink.Mixability: It mixes pretty well with just a few shakes. A little bit sticks to the walls of the cup, but there's no real clumping.Packaging: These little packets seem like they'd be convenient to take to the gym, but you would also need to bring scissors since they're nigh impossible to tear open by hand. Since I workout at home I just look at it and think how much more product could be in the tub if not for all that wasted space.Value for the Money: Expensive. You could buy a tub of preworkout mix and a tub of protein for about this same price as just this and probably get more servings of both.

Good ingredients - mixes okay - Individual servings make things easy
I've tried a number of PlantFuel products recently and I love some of them, but have found others to be somewhat mediocre. This recovery mix is somewhere in the middle. The ingredients provide for an effective recovery regimen and I will typically mix it in with water near the end or immediately following a hard workout. It's designed to replenish many of the nutrients that your body has exhausted and to assist in building new muscle. I haven't seen any dramatic results, but it has replaced prior mixes that I was using and this appears to be working at least as well. The individual serving packets are convenient and it mixes okay. It isn't super easy to blend and I inevitably end up with some small clumps, but nothing too bad. The flavor is okay.My primary complaint is the price. I understand paying a little extra for the convenience of individual serving packets, but my prior mix was roughly $1.50/serving and this is substantially more. I'll likely purchase occasionally in the future for when I need to have something that's more portable (such as when traveling), but I don't see this becoming my go-to recovery mix all the time.

I *think* it's helping...!
I feel like it's often really hard to tell if products like this are actually making a difference, BUT I have taken the supplement for several days in a row now with some solid workouts and I *think* it's helping. Lately, I've been getting super sore muscles for days after any type of strength training workout so after looking into, I thought it may be due to a deficiency. I decided to give this supplement a try and while my muscles are still sore, it is definitely less intense soreness and it doesn't seem to be lasting as long after the workout as it was before. I'm going to keep taking it and see if the difference becomes more noticeable, in which case I will definitely update my review...Anyway, as for the flavor. I got the blood orange flavor, which does have a slight citrus taste to it, but honestly, it just kind of tastes like weird tootsie rolls to me. It's not great, but it's not horrible, so if it works, then I think it's worth drinking!

I double the water – it is fine that way - but not delicious or anything
The directions say to mix one packet into 10 ounces of ice cold water. At that amount it is extremely sweet yet pretty bitter. Way too sweet for me as I do not like sweet drinks at all. It definitely makes a crazy head of foam in a shaker cup – like wow!I added 5 additional ounces – still too sweet – much less bitter, at least. Still couldn’t drink it. So I kicked it up to 20 ounces water total and the sweetness is mostly gone and the bitterness has been reduced greatly where it comes off more as a slight tartness. It tastes nothing like watermelon to me. But rather like a pomegranate punch or something. At least at 20 ounces it is drinkable – although still a bit sweet and tart – with no real discernable flavor otherwise so that is a bit disappointing.Enjoy your day! : )

Refreshing my body after workout
I practice hot yoga and going to sculpt classes daily. I always take my own water in stainless tumbler. I started add this powder to my water bottle. The powder dissolve in water quickly. I feel very refreshed drinking this water during and after work out.One downside is I am not a fan of the flavor. It tastes a bit artificial... or some what different. However, it does not bother me too much. I read the ingredients and nothing should not be artificial. so I continue to taking it with my water daily.
