Seems to be helping with my mood, I would say it's very effective for a mood stabilizer. Easy to swallow in a capsule form. Not noticing much different with energy level but do think is helpful with PMDD side effects.

The quality of the product is amazing as it has both ashwagandha and Maca root. It has boosted my energy within a week. It’s easy to swallow and there’s no side effects so far! The smell is also good.

Not returnable
I took these for 2weeks then started to get a urinary infection. Didn't work for me. They are not returnable so I'm out $25.
