This is a great bag for purchases requiring an insulated bag. The bag is sturdy, wider at the bottom than where the zipper is. It is very lightweight, and when filled, still manageable. That's important when a person's mode of transportation is public - bus or subway. Handles are strong. Folds up easily. The bag was easy to pack by a Trader Joe's grocery clerk. (It held four average sized bags of frozen vegetables, frozen seafood, 1 quart milk, 1 pint beverage, a large artichoke, and several containers of yogurt. And kept everything cool. Frozen foods did not defrost. You can add a coolant pack, which is what I will be doing when taking it on a picnic to Governor's Island. It is inexpensive enough that if it gets lots of wear and tear over the summer, I will feel that I have gotten my money's worth.

These are very lightweight. they stand up and stay open by themselves, so are very easy to pack. They are not as tall as most paper grocery bags, but so nice to use knowing they are insulated. The handles are long enough to use the bags over your shoulder if you want. I am very happy with these bags, and they zip at the top as well.

Well made, handy, but a trifle small and lacking any kind of stiffener for the bottom - can be a little awkward to hold open initially.

These insulated bags are a nice medium size . they are strong and do their job well .

Size of bag is smaller than the picture. Bags are way to small for weekend groceries, only good for a quick run.

Got sick of complaints about keeping groceries cold, bought these--our refrigerator died the day after they arrived. They held food packed in with ice packs very well! Impressed. Even kept frozen stuff frozen for hours. They take up little space, and I KNOW they keep things cold, so now I can buy popsicles and get them home before they soften. The bags are not the cheap things you sometimes desperately buy at the grocery store when you didn't think you were going to get much cold stuff... Thanks!

These bags are excellent to bring home hot or frozen items from the grocery for the short period of time it takes to get home. Quality is good for the price. Could be a bit larger.

Smaller than I expected. No insert to make base more rigid, but otherwise fine.

I like these for carrying groceries like milk, meat and fresh produce. They were not as big as I expected but seem sturdy enough.

Many years ago, we got a great insulated bag from a charity event. We wanted more like that one (one for each car) and this looked like the closest item to that bag. They are great for keeping ice cream and other frozen items or those that need to be kept cold, cold on the way home from the grocery store or if I have other errands to do. They won't keep ice cream frozen for hours but for an hour or so, perfect. They're great to have in my car. They were, however, smaller than expected and smaller than the bag we wanted to replicate.
